Delete your Home Buyers App account.

You can delete your account in the app. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.

Delete your account in the app
  1. Open Home Buyers App and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Account, then choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm deletion and complete re-authentication if prompted.
What is deleted
  • Your Firebase Authentication account.
  • Your profile, preferences, saved homes, notes, scores, calculator settings, saved searches, and listing review candidates.
  • Your notification tokens and app-managed group membership links.
  • Your uploaded property images where they are linked to your account.
What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, support, tax, or compliance purposes. Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are not used to recreate your deleted account.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@appsforgood.net from the email address linked to your account.

Use the subject line Home Buyers App - Account Deletion Request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

Timing

In-app deletion starts immediately after successful re-authentication. Email requests are acknowledged within 2 business days and completed within 30 days after verification.
