Delete your Reliquary data.
Reliquary has no account. Your vault stays on your phone, and our servers hold only a small amount of sharing and purchase data. This page covers both.
Delete your vault
- Open Reliquary and unlock your vault.
- Open an item and choose Delete, or select several items and delete them together.
- To remove everything, uninstall Reliquary or clear its storage in your phone settings.
We cannot see or recover your vault, so deleted items cannot be brought back. Copies you exported, backed up or shared stay where you sent them.
Ask us to delete what our servers hold
If you used secure sharing or bought Pro, our servers hold records linked to your installations. Uninstalling the app does not remove them. To ask us to delete them:
- Use the support form and start your message with "Reliquary data deletion".
- Tell us the device label you set in Reliquary, and roughly when you first used sharing or bought Pro, so we can find your records.
- We send a link to your email to confirm it is you before the request reaches us.
What is deleted
- Your anonymous identity with our backend provider.
- Your installation records, public keys, fingerprints and device labels.
- Any shares still waiting for pickup.
- The links between your purchase verification and your installations.
What may be retained
We may keep a non-readable purchase reference and limited records where needed for security, fraud prevention, tax, support or legal reasons. These are limited to what is necessary and are not used to rebuild your identity. Deleting records does not cancel your Google Play or App Store purchase. You can restore Pro from your store account on a new installation.
Timing
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete them within 30 days after you confirm your email. For how we handle information more generally, read the Reliquary privacy section.
